PROGRAM

Classes are broken into three parts, warm-up, technique, and sparring. Given that classes are taught flexibly and according to each students level, beginners can also join the class with peace of mind.

1.WARM UP

AM7:00 - 7:10

First of all, we will do basic exercise. From stretching to basic techniques. This warm up, and its component techniques, are content which beginners can easily grasp and which will become fundamental to their training.

2.TECHNIQUE

AM7:10 - 8:00

I will give a lecture on techniques. Then, students will pair up with one another and begin to practice. Even during practice, I will guide you carefully according to each individual’s pace, such that one can learn with confidence.

3.SPARRING

AM8:00 - 9:00

Finally, we will spar. We will spar according to each individual’s pace, physical strength, and level such that beginners can also participate without worry.

　Nice to meet you, my name is Imanari Masakazu. This morning jiu-jitsu started this time at TRI.H studio in Shinjuku. The station nearest to us is Iidabashi station. Many people, such as business people who want to work up a sweat before work in the morning, people from overseas, and even professional players come to train with us.
Recently, I have received more jobs from overseas for mathes and seminars, but I still like teaching and living in Japan. At first, I thought that I wanted purely "friends" to launch Imanari Jiu-jitsu in Japan. However, after starting Iminari Jiu-jitssu, I realized that I would like to meet people from all walks of life. Particularly those who wish to build a rich lifestyle by utilizing their own skills and experiences, those who can my students and I can have a good time together through jiu-jitsu, and those who want to become stronger than they ever dreamed they could.
I hope everyone and anyone will come visit. Beginners, women, elderly people, pros, and others are welcome. Please come to visit and take advantage of our class. The first lesson is free! We are waiting for you.

With extreme strength and a deep understanding of leglocks, Imanari has become known as "Ashikan Judan" all over the world. Domestically, Imanari is the long term absolute champion of DEEP, where he reclaimed the title of DEEP featherweight champion at the age of 40. Previously, Imanari was a top performer in both PRIDE and DREAM. Overseas Imanari has the remarkable achievement of becoming the first Cage Rage world featherweight champion. In addition, Imanari has used his experience in guiding many prominent players. Currently Imanari is not only staying in Japan, but he also travels overseas to teach in Europe, Canada, and America.
